Your library account allows you to check the due date of items you have checked out, submit renew requests, and track the status of interlibrary loan requests.
MCTC allows access to databases from off-campus using a proxy server. The proxy server allows you to access our subscription databases by authenticating that you are a valid MCTC Library patron.
User Name and Password
When you try to access one of the Library databases or your library account, you will be prompted for your user name and password. There are two options available for your username: your library barcode & your MCTC ID.
User Name
Enter the 14-digit barcode number from the back of your Campus ID Card.
- For example, 20204000123456
Or
Enter your MCTC ID number preceded by 'MCT'.
- For example, MCT00123456
Password
Enter your last name only.
- For example, Smith
